FAQ
01Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, in all 27 governorates. You can open and check your order, then pay the courier.
02How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 4 pm ship the same day, except Friday. Cairo and Giza take 1–2 business days, other governorates 2–6, and remote areas up to 7.
03What size should I order?
Order your usual EU size. All pairs are true to size, EU 38–45. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one for running shoes and your usual size for court and canvas. Not sure? Send us your foot length in cm on WhatsApp.
04What if the size doesn't fit?
Size exchange is free within 14 days if the pair is unworn and in its original box. The courier swaps it at your door.
